My Story

Mr Health didn’t start as a brand.
It started with curiosity.

A few years ago, I began properly reading labels. Not just the calories, the ingredients. The stuff most of us don’t even look at. I started scanning foods, comparing products, and realising how many “healthy” options were loaded with fillers, additives, and things I couldn’t even pronounce.

At the same time, I was training hard.

Running ultra marathons.
Training every day.
Pushing my body, and learning how much what I ate actually mattered.

When you’re running 50km, 80km, 100km… you feel the difference between real food and junk. Recovery feels different. Energy feels different. Focus feels different.

But here’s the thing, I still love good food.

I’m not interested in eating like a monk. I don’t believe healthy has to mean boring. I just believe it should be honest.

That’s where Mr Health came from.

A brand built around:

  • Scanning smarter
  • Choosing better
  • Making products with real ingredients
  • And keeping it simple

Whether it’s the app helping you make better choices in the supermarket, or granola made with Aussie oats and no artificial colours or flavours, it all comes back to the same idea:

Know what you’re eating.
Fuel your body properly.
Enjoy your food.

No extremes. No fluff. Just better decisions, one product at a time.
